Alternative Means To Play Old and New Games
PlayStation Now is the official utilities software by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The software provides subscription service for playing PlayStation games. It allows access of PlayStation 2 to 4 games on PS consoles as well as PC.
Emulation is a muddy topic to talk about because it can be a copyright infringement if used illegally but it allows players to access games that are no longer available in the market. There are games that are either region locked, pulled out of the market for some reasons, or only limited copiers were published. Fortunately, video game publishers are finding ways to make older games available for playing again. Nintendo sold video game consoles like the NES Classic and SNES Classic, SNK had Neo Geo X and Neo Geo Mini, and Sony Interactive Entertainment with their PlayStation Classic. Those dedicated emulator consoles only have a limited library of old games. The other option for playing old games is through a subscription model.
